Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer subsidised standard shipping for all orders at only $8.00. We use Australia post standard and express services, both are available upon checking out.

If you would like delivery within two business days we advise you to choose Express Post and there is a shipping fee of $12.95 domestic and we will provide a tracking number.

For standard shipping within metro areas, expected delivery between 2-3 business days. Areas outside metro regions, as well as QLD & WA, expect delivery between 2-5 business days.

If you order before 10am EST we will endeavour to dispatch your item that day. However, if it is urgent email us at info@mayaaustralia.com to let us know.

Our orders do not require a signature on standard delivery so please make sure the address you order your parcel to has adequate security as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are stolen.

Any parcels that are returned to sender and need to be re-shipped may incur a cost to the customer.  Unfortunately, we cannot hold liability if you provide us with an incorrect postal address.

If your country requires you to pay an import tax you are liable to pay this. Please be familiar with your country's import tax requirements prior to ordering.

EASY RETURNS

The most important thing to us at  MAYA is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the date you purchased your garment and you have not contacted us about the return, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund but will consider an exchange.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged. Item must come with the original swing tags attached. Any garment returned that is stained, dry cleaned or damaged unfortunately will not be refunded or exchanged.

Returns are not accepted on sale items unless stated otherwise in the product description. If you are unsure, contact us.

To complete your return please email info@mayaaustralia.com with details of what you are seeking as well as proof of purchase.

Please note MAYA reserves the right to refuse to refund or provide an exchange or credit note should the garment not meet our requirements stated in this policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and how we will proceed.

If you meet our returned garment standards your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. You will be notified by email as soon as we process your refund.

Please note any costs for postage to send the garment back to MAYA will be incurred at the customer’s expense. We advise sending a tracking number to ensure the item is not lost.

EXCHANGES

Should you need to exchange your item you have 14 days from the date of purchase to contact us. We must have received the item within the 14 days. Please email info@mayaaustralia.com and a representative will advise you on the next steps.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

You will be notified by email as soon as we process your refund. If you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
